💁🏻‍♀️8 | 8 | 8 | Very jiggle and very airy ! The souffle itself had an eggy smell and taste, but the caramel sauce (and the white sauce ?) was a very nice combination. Reminds me a little of Uncle Tetsu’s cheesecakes 🍮

💁🏻‍♂️8.5 | 8 | 8 | The jiggy jiggles were insane, well worth the wait. When combined together in one mouthful, the souffle, sweet sauces and pearls really had a sweet kick, would stuff my face again.
