Mandarin and Pomegranate $5.50

šš»āāļø8 | 8.5 | 8.5 | I love the texture of Hakikiās Turkish Ice Cream ! Itās almost sticky in itās texture and perfectly aerated, so that when you take a spoonful your moving spoon forms peaks like when you beat an eggwhite for a cake or a meringue.
The mango and pomegranate flavour was so deliciously sour (contained in a creamy ice cream which was quite impressive ! The acidity of the mandarin added a very strong flavour that made me almost feel like I was eating a mandarin, which was very nice - I love ice creams that use fresh fruit and you can very obviously tell when that happens !
šš»āāļø7.5 | 8 | 8 | Usually taking photos with ice cream can be tricky business since it generally melts so quickly, however this was definitely not the case this time around as Turkish Ice Cream does not seem to melt, what is this sorcery!!
What really intrigues me about these ice cream flavours were the colours, they look extremely natural which only adds an extra dose of tastiness. What really hit me right away was the aroma and aftertaste of the mandarin which was quite prominent and quite delicious.
Wild Berries $5.50
šš»āāļø7.5 | 8 | 8 | The wild berries ice cream was definitely very nice too - tasted exactly as berries would taste mixed in with ice cream (a little bit like a berry yoghurt if you ask me) and a surprise bite of a blueberry at the end was a nice touch !
šš»āāļø7.5 | 8 | 8 | This wonderful colour bombardment of white, purple and red was as tasty as it looked.I am unsure to how Turkish Ice Cream is made, but I can just tell from the consistency and texture that a lot of thought is put into achieving the ideal creaminess which was prominent in both flavours. The berry had a nice sweetness to it which is awesome.
