Pho Bo Dac Biet (Special Beef Noodle Soup) $14

šŸ’šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø8 | 9 | 7.5 | Having had many bowls of pho in the past, this was definitely one of the standout ones. With at least three different types of meat (chewy beef, beef balls and beef stomach? The white chewy thing) the texture of the noodles were amazing. The soup itself tasted so good too, and the noodles were of a great consistency.

Even when we got there at two there was a waiting line to order - just to show exactly how busy the place was. The only thing that I was a little dissatisfied about were the sauce offerings - I wish they offered more than just spicy sauce and hoisin to dip the meat in - would have preferred some spicy oil but I guess we can’t have everything in life.

šŸ’šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø8 | 8 | 7 | When you go to eat Pho, no matter the restaurant you generally expect to taste the same flavours. This restaurant was definitely not an exception as after the first spoonful of soup, I could already tell how fragrant and familiar the broth was. What separates a bowl of Pho for me from other bowls is the ration and consistency of the various meats that are included with the noodles. What I really enjoyed was the plethora of meaty products offered within the one bowl ranging from different tastes and textures which was awesome. I also really liked how fast service was, which is perfect when you just want to dig in. Some meat however was a little chewy and fatty but can’t expect everything to be perfect!
