Biang Biang Noodles topped with chilli $10.50

šŸ’šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø9 | 9 | 8.5 | Love these noodles hehe. Perfect for those days when you want to eat spicy, flat, chewy noodles. I really liked the spice level of the noodles - when taking a big bite of the spicy powder it might be a bit too much but if mixed well the noodles are coated in a nice thin layer of spicy oil that goes really well with the sweet bok choy. The only problem that I would have with this is that it is a little more bland (in terms of saltiness) for me! Overall great dish!!

šŸ’šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø8 | 9 | 8 | Really love any type of noodles that has this kind of thickness and bite to it, it’s just so satisfying to chew. Was a little hard to mix all the ingredients together but maybe that’s just because we left it sitting too long I WONDER WHY HMMMM but I really like this dish. Only complaint would be the spice as it is quite deceiving, some bites will blow your mouth off but others were completely fine.

Beef Dumplings $10.80

šŸ’šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø7 | 7.5 | 7 |The dumplings in soup was quite an interesting combination. The soup was a little bit sour, with a bit of spicy oil and sesames floating on top. I really liked the dumpling skin, but then again I just really like carbs HAHAHAH. The beef filling though wasn’t very nice - it was quite hard, like it hadn’t been mixed properly (my mum always tells me that to make the filling ā€˜looser’ requires a lot of hard work). It wasn’t a bad dish, but I just probably would want to try something else the next time I come here.

šŸ’šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø8 | 8 | 7 |This soup was pretty bomb, it had like a nice sweet but salty and sour taste which is pretty nice. Dumplings weren’t the best but they did their job and it was a nice side dish to order. Honestly the soup was better than the dumpling for me, but I agree the skin was really nice :)
